Guests

• Maximum 4 registered guests.
• No parties or events.
• Visitors require prior approval.

Quiet Enjoyment

• Please avoid excessive noise, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Smoking

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite or on and around the patio.

Pets

• Pets must be added during booking.
• Up to 2 pets are permitted.
• Pet fee: CAD $35 per pet.
• Pets must be kept under control outdoors and must not be left unattended outside.
• Please clean up after your pet.
• Pets are welcome on our private beach.

Children

• The suite is not suitable for children under 12. The property is not fenced, has direct lake access, and is not childproofed.

Hot Tub

• Please shower off sunscreen or body lotion before using the hot tub.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:

30 days or more before check-in

Full refund.

7–29 days before check-in

50% refund.

Less than 7 days before check-in

No refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to process your reservation and communicate with you.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe collects billing information needed to process your payment. We may retain a reservation-specific billing address for reservation management, fraud prevention, payment disputes, and legal or accounting obligations. We do not store your credit card information on our website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is shared only with trusted service providers, such as Stripe for payment processing, or when required by law.
